Ham bonbons

Small and delicate treats for special moments. Surprise your guests with this simple recipe of unexpected flavours which will turn into an explosion of pleasure.

Step by step:

1. Chop up the dates and nuts. 2. Mix the cheeses, dates and nuts. 3. Shape the bonbons with a ring mould, shaping the bonbons. Spread a dash of olive oil around the mould. Place the ham slices, cut in half, into each mould. Fill them with the mixture of cheese and dried fruits and then wrap the bonbons with the parts of the ham which is overhanging the rim, and try to make them round. 4. Leave them to stand in the fridge for an hour and serve.

10 dates 6 shelled walnuts 3 tablespoons of cheese spread 1 tablespoon of blue cheese 75 gr of Serrano ham noel Olive oil
