Emapanada of chorizo

A unique dish full of flavor. Cook a pie stuffed with chorizo and surprise yourself with this exquisite appetizer.

Step by step:

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. 2. Spread the mini cocotte with butter or olive oil. 3. Line the mini cocotte with a sheet of pie dough. 4. Apply a slice of Chorizo Delizias on top of the dough and we make layers of dough and Chorizo, finishing with a layer of dough until filling the mini cocotte. 5. Beat the egg yolk and paint the pie. 6. Put the mini cocotte in the oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes.

5 slices of Chorizo Noel 150 g of pie dough 1 egg Virgin olive oil or butter
