Fruit skewers with Serrano Ham

What better combination than French melon with the flavor of Delizias Serrano Ham? A sophisticated breakfast full of sweet and savory contrasts.

Step by step:

1. Crush some basil and mix with the olive oil (separate 12 leaves to decorate the skewers). 2. With a melon spoon we make balls in the fruit (without skin or seeds). 3. Prepare the skewers by alternating a melon ball, a slice of ham, a basil leaf and a mozzarella ball. 4. Sprinkle the skewers with the basil oil at the moment of serving and that's it.
