Chorizo: Pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, maltodextrin, dextrose, garlic poder, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (nitrite of sodium, potassium nitrate), nutmeg and oregano.
Iberian Cheese: Iberian Cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, goat's milk, sheep's milk), salt, stabilizer (calcium chloride), lysozyme (egg), rennet and cheese cultures.

Storage Conditions

Keep refrigerated between 32ºF and 44.6ºF. Product packed in a protective atmosphere.
Once opened, use within 48 hours. Open 10 minutes before use.
