NOEL Alimentaria SAU (hereinafter, “NOEL”), a company committed to compliance with laws and regulations and to maintaining the privacy of its clients’ data, fully complies with existing personal data protection law.
As a result, it has taken the necessary technical measures to maintain the required level of security, according to the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, in order to avoid, as far as possible and always according to the state of technology, its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access.
Through the www.noel-usa.com website, and all of the web pages that comprise it (hereinafter, the “website”), it is possible for the user to access contents and services offered by NOEL which, to function correctly, require interaction with the user as well as the insertion of personal data. This policy describes the processing and adaptation to the current legislation by NOEL to ensure the privacy in the processing of personal data of users who access the web site (hereinafter, “users”).
