Our plants in Calamocha (Teruel) and Sant Esteve de Llémena (Girona) are certified under the American USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) regulations. This certification guarantees that our products have been officially assessed by this official organization and that they have attained the necessary quality to be exported to the United States.

We have obtained the Consorcio Serrano Seal of Quality granted by the Quality Department of the Spanish Serrano Ham Consortium, which guarantees the piece-by-piece production of exclusive Serrano Hams, with comprehensive quality control in the entire production process.
